Lisa Rawlings is responsible for directing the appraisal content and review functions. She oversees a team of analysts who supply written content in support of appraisal values and works directly with the asset class teams to ensure that valuation reporting meets the criteria and expectations for each individual project. In addition, she is responsible for maintaining review standards and protocols for the division as well as providing review support for the Brand and Business Valuation practices. Before assuming her current role, Lisa held the positions of Director, Training & Development and Senior Project Manager-Team Leader. Prior to joining Gordon Brothers in 2001, Lisa worked as the Director of East Coast Stores and Director of Training for Joan & David, Inc. In these roles, Lisa was responsible for the recruiting, hiring, training and performance management of managers and staff across the northeast and southeast U.S. and Canada, as well as creating and implementing training materials and programs nationally and internationally. Lisa has completed the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) coursework. She holds a BA in English from the University of California at Los Angeles.
