John Dattilo oversees analysis of industrial real estate assets and is based in Chicago. With over 25 years of real estate experience, John brings with him an expansive network of professional contacts across multiple sectors. John is responsible for analysis of potential real estate opportunities for the division, in order to establish valuations for inclusion in equity models. John will also utilize his extensive network to develop potential sourcing opportunities for the division as well. Most recently, John directed Corporate Real Estate for the Kraft Heinz Company, where he spent fourteen years managing and executing all Kraft’s commercial real estate activities across North America. Prior to Kraft Heinz, he held account management and brokerage positions for Cushman & Wakefield and Arthur J Rogers & Company. John holds a BS from Roosevelt University, where he majored in business administration with a concentration in Marketing. He holds a Certified Commercial Investment Membership (CCIM), Masters of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) and has been a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois for over 25 years.
