Colleen Arons

Colleen advises Gordon Brothers on communications and marketing matters. She previously led the firm's marketing team and was a member of its management committee. In that capacity, she positioned the company externally, managing communications and media relationships and directing advertising, digital media, content, sponsorships, and events. In 2016, Colleen and her team re-branded Gordon Brothers to support the firm’s strategy of delivering integrated solutions to clients around the world. This company-wide effort included the launch of the new Colleen has over 15 years’ experience leading brands in the consumer and retail space. Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Colleen was a senior vice president, enterprise marketing at Bank of America, where she led large scale programs executed across BofA’s retail and digital platforms. Earlier in her career, Colleen was a marketing manager at Target where she planned and executed campaigns across thousands of retail locations, and other consumer channels. Colleen previously worked as a strategic marketing manager at 3M, where she worked across its 40+ industrial and consumer businesses on new product launches, corporate strategy and international business planning. She began her career as a business analyst at management consulting firm A.T. Kearney. Colleen earned a B.A. in American Studies and an M.B.A. at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., where she was named a George F. Baker Scholar. She currently serves on the MBA alumni advisory council at Georgetown and is actively involved in the United Way and the YMCA, including the Wang YMCA of Boston and YMCA Camp Nellie Huckins, a girls camp in Freedom, NH.
